How is autozone to work for

The new way is they can hire anyone off the street for of part time manager with no exp, no problem, but ic a part timer wants they have to do all the computer work learning, which is fine, during your main schedule plus the exam and even then the pay will still only be survivable. And all we have to do is let our manager know if we need a day off at least 2 weeks in advance so he can work around it.

Pros Learning alot about cars, great managers, like they actually care about you. Cons Breaks can be here or there depending on customer flow, not wnough consistent hours thru the week. I absolutely love working at AutoZone. Maybe it's that I've wanted to work there for a while. I've been there about a month, month and a half maybe and have not lost myself. I love going to work and hate to leave. I definitely see myself making a career out of AutoZone. Pros Discounts, unlimited vehicle knowledge.

Cons Pay is low except for management. Yes There are 1 helpful reviews 1 No There are 1 unhelpful reviews 1. Lies and politics corrupt what a would be a fun job.

Out the gate here you will be overworked, underappreciated, and spit on. The upper management will never talk to you, but judge you immediately. The in store management will promise and push to give you what you want, only to turn around and betray everything they had told you.

Nearly impossible to keep your head down and do your job. Pros Hard working coworkers. Cons Management, customers, politics. The job was easy and the benefits were good. The pay was not much. The store was really understaffed. Hardest part of the job was learning all the car parts. Great place to work for can be VERY stressful at times. NOW, not so much. Pros Hour lunches, good hours, great management they listen to you.

And are will to work with you. Cons Pay could be better. Productive fun work. Makes you feel all inclusive refund. Either dexterity hh together beneath the surface provides lift and shaping up for your interest. Pros 1 hour lunch. Cons Heath benefit's non existing. I don't recommend it. AutoZone does not appreciate their employees at all. They are flexible with hours in sikeston. But not enough red shirts Pros Um They won't fire u for being late taking days off.

The people are great. But while this is something a person should look for the pay isn't. The store I work at is fast paced and unless your ready for it, it can become too much. The customers can be awesome but also problematic. While you are a driver, that isn't your only job. You'll be helping customers, phone calls, and going out to vehicles along with freight that can be late.

The managers are understanding but while being short hand they will work you. Pros Understanding, 1 hour lunches, good people. Cons Can be constantly busy, freight can be late.

Job gives you a chance to meet great people and learn about cars. Job gets sort of redundant at times though and moving up or trying to get other positions is hard unless the management likes you.
